Are the articles perfect original goods?

We only offer original goods from brand manufacturers. These are exclusively new goods in their original packaging. We attach great importance to the quality of the products we offer. If you are not convinced of the quality of a purchased item, simply contact our employees on +49 228/763 876 80

Why are the prices at Maximus Bad so cheap?

The low prices result from our high purchase quantities. This gives us particularly favorable purchasing conditions, which we pass on to you. We also keep our prices low thanks to professional structures and direct sales to end customers without intermediaries.

What do the crossed out prices mean?

These are the manufacturers' recommended retail prices (RRP). The lower, red price next to it shows you at first glance how cheap your desired item at is. However, we offer you special discounts and a best price guarantee, which means that you can get practically all items at a significantly lower price than the manufacturer specifies. If two crossed out prices are listed, then our previous price, which was previously discounted compared to the RRP, is also listed.

Do the prices shown already include VAT?

Yes, the VAT, currently 19% in Germany, is already included. After changing the country of delivery, the VAT rate may change!

Are the delivery and shipping costs already included in the displayed prices?

No, because the delivery and shipping costs depend on your country of delivery, weight and size of the ordered goods and the nature of the products. To find out the amount of delivery and shipping costs, put your desired items in the shopping cart without obligation. Click on "Go to shopping cart". Our shipping cost calculator then automatically shows you the shipping costs incurred in the right column.

Do you also make individual offers?

No. We already offer all articles in our shop at best prices. Therefore, we cannot offer you individual discounts or volume discounts. Have you seen an item from another supplier at a cheaper price? If you can prove that another provider offers your desired item at the same conditions, but cheaper, we will of course deliver this item to you within the framework of our best price guarantee either at the same price or pay you back the difference (after prior checking).

Are the item pictures and color samples in the shop binding?

No. The color representation can vary depending on the computer screen, cell phone or tablet display. Therefore, product illustrations, drawings or illustrations are not binding. Not all manufacturers also offer photos of all colors or sizes of a product. The information on the product details page and ultimately in your order confirmation are therefore decisive for the product quality. Please also note the list of accessories. Not everything you see on the item pictures is included in the scope of delivery. Note that the color representation varies depending on the selected monitor and the color calibration. We therefore recommend that you first look at the desired color in the trade and then order from us. The colors are not exactly identical from manufacturer to manufacturer, but may be given the same designation within a certain tolerance. This means that if you combine items from different manufacturers, there may be minor color deviations, but these are not relevant for most customers.

What is included in the scope of delivery of an article and what is included in the accessories?

Some pictures in our shop show items such as sinks, bathroom furniture or toilets with accessories, decoration or other products that are not included in the scope of delivery. You can find out exactly what is included in the scope of delivery in the product details on the respective product page. However, the accessories are not included in the scope of delivery and must be ordered separately, unless they are expressly mentioned in the item description.

Are the article numbers in the online shop the same as at the manufacturer?

Yes, the article numbers in our online shop correspond to the article numbers of the manufacturers. We offer you full transparency if you want to compare an offer. I am looking for a specific product from a manufacturer. If you know the manufacturer's article number, simply enter it in our search field. If available in the shop, your desired product will be displayed immediately.

Are the prices in the online shop and in the exhibitions the same?

Yes, we also offer the same low prices in our exhibitions.

Who can order from Maximus GmbH?

This shop is primarily intended for private customers, i.e. for the end consumer. Of course, companies and craftsmen, i.e. companies, can also order from us.

How can I order from Maximus GmbH?

Ordering in our online shop is easy:

Click the "Shopping Cart" button on the product detail page to add the desired product to the shopping cart.

If all products are in the shopping cart, click on the "Go to shopping cart" or "Checkout" button and create your personal customer account (You can access the buttons at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner.)

Select the desired shipping and payment method in the ordering process. Click the "Buy" button to complete the order.

How long is the delivery time of the products?

We always have a large selection of products in stock. These items are marked with a green stock tick. The delivery time of these items varies depending on the shipping method:

Stock items with parcel shipping (e.g. fittings, accessories): 1 - 3 days delivery time (depending on receipt of payment)

Warehouse items with shipping (e.g. bathtubs, toilets, radiators): 3 - 7 days delivery time (depending on receipt of payment)

Is your wish item marked in red or yellow? Items that we do not have in stock are marked with different colors. Below you will find an indication of the approximate delivery time. Since we order these items directly from the manufacturer, we rely on their ability to deliver and can therefore only provide non-binding information.

Can I also arrange a fixed delivery date?

Yes. We will be happy to store your products free of charge up to your desired delivery date (up to a maximum of 6 months). Please order in good time and take the specified delivery times of the ordered products into account when making your desired delivery date. Please note that this service does not apply to cash on delivery.

What are the delivery and shipping costs?

After you have placed all the desired items in the shopping cart, the shop automatically calculates all costs (shipping and packaging costs, cash on delivery and processing fees) based on the product quantity, weight, delivery address, delivery country, product type, customer type and shipping method.

I have several items in my shopping cart. Will the shipping costs then increase? No. You only pay for the shipping costs of the product with the largest packaging type (package, half-pallet, Euro pallet, bathtub pallet, bathtub pallet XXL or special shape). From a value of goods of 1,000 EUR we send free shipping within Germany (mainland only).

What does Maximus GmbH's delivery service look like?

We send your order in a single delivery by parcel service or forwarding agent of our choice. As soon as your goods have been handed over to the shipping company or the parcel service, you will receive a confirmation by email.

I want to track my shipment. In the confirmation email you will also find a link to track the shipment.

I want a partial delivery. A partial delivery is only possible after prior agreement and usually against calculation of the additional costs.

I would like to pick up my shipment myself. With pleasure! You can collect your order personally from our collection warehouse in Bonn. Which countries does Maximus GmbH deliver to?

We deliver Europe-wide and, upon agreement, in individual cases also worldwide. Please note that the shop may charge customs or processing fees for deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland). Please consider that you may also have to pay import taxes for the import of the goods. These are not included in the list of costs that the shop gives you for your individual order.

Will I be notified before delivery?

Yes. As soon as your order is complete, we will hand it over to our shipping partner or a parcel service. You will then receive an email immediately. In this email you will also find a link to track the shipment. In the case of delivery by a freight forwarder, our logistics partner will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

Can I receive a subset of my order in advance?

Since a partial delivery represents a significantly higher effort, this is only possible after consultation with our customer service. Please note that a partial delivery can usually only be made upon calculation of the additional shipping costs.

Is it possible to collect the goods directly from us?

Yes. You can also pick up your goods yourself in our collection warehouse in Bonn after making an appointment. Find out more under opening hours.

What are the opening times of the collection warehouse?

Our collection warehouse is open for you at the following times:

Can I also enter a different shipping address?

Yes, you have this option in step 2 of the ordering process. There you will be shown the billing and delivery address and you will be given the opportunity to enter a different delivery address. Please keep in mind that the delivery costs depend on the delivery address.

Do I have the option to add to or change my order after the fact?

Yes. You have two options here. Firstly, by writing an email to [email protected] - please always include the order number here. Or you can call our hotline (+49 228/763 876 80). After each order change you will receive a new order confirmation via email. Please note any price changes.

Do you also deliver to a packing station?

No, we do not deliver to a packing station.

Can I order as a guest?

At the beginning of the ordering process, you have the option of ordering as a guest without registering. When you order as a guest, you do not create your own customer account. The data you enter will only be processed to process your order and will not be saved beyond that. With your next order, however, you will have to re-enter all the data

Payment, security

What payment options are there at Maximus GmbH?

Bank transfer Prepayment, Paypal, credit card (VISA, Mastercard), SOFORT transfer, purchase on account with Klarna (only within Germany, after a positive credit check) or cash on delivery.

Do you also deliver on account?

As a corporate customer, you can also buy from us with an order value of EUR 1,000 or more. We reserve the right to carry out a credit check in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

Are you ordering as a private customer? Within Germany, you have the option to conveniently pay for products marked "purchase on account" up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. The payment method fee for this payment method is 1% of the invoice amount.

Do I have to provide my bank details on the Internet?

No. If you choose the payment method "bank transfer prepayment" when placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email with our bank details. Simply transfer the invoice amount to the specified account.

How safe is shopping at

Very sure! When you shop at, we transmit personal data that you send to us encrypted using the secure SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) process.

Legal and complaint

Do the same rights and guarantees apply at as in a specialist shop in Germany?

Yes. With us, all warranties that may have been granted by the manufacturer apply as well as when purchasing directly from the manufacturer or in a specialist shop. See guarantee / warranty.

What is the difference between the terms and conditions and the FAQ?

The terms and conditions are our general terms and conditions. Only the terms and conditions are legally binding. The frequently asked questions should only serve as an aid.

How can I return a delivered item?

If you want to return an ordered item, please send us an email to [email protected] or give us a call. We take care of the collection and can better coordinate the further course with you. This procedure is not binding for you, but it makes it easier for us to process your complaint and saves you and us additional effort and costs.

What do I do if an ordered item arrives defective?

Before shipping, the goods or each shipment are checked again for quality and completeness. Should an article arrive defective, just call us on +49 228/763 876 80 or write us an email to [email protected]. Depending on the type of defect, we will ask you whether you can send us photos to evaluate the defect or ask you to return the item. Of course, you have all the warranty claims available in the event of defects. These are, for example, supplementary performance or withdrawal.

What to do if you want to make use of the revocation?

You have the right to cancel the purchase contract concluded with us within fourteen days without giving any reason. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can also use a sample cancellation form.

Do you also send spare parts?

We currently only offer a spare parts service for items that have been purchased from us. When ordering spare parts, please let us know the corresponding order or invoice number so that we can process your request.

How can I register at

An order in the online shop is possible as a guest or as a registered customer. The customer account can be set up as part of the ordering process. You can view the data stored in the customer account at any time in the service area. You can cancel the customer account at any time. Please note our data protection declaration.

What is the customer account?

After registering at, you can view and change your personal data (e.g. account details or shipping address) in your personal customer account. You can also change your password here. You will also find an overview of open orders and a list of your most recently visited product pages.

How can I change my personal data such as address or password?

Simply log in to the top right of the shop under "Account" and then click on the "Account" menu item. Here you can edit your contact details, manage your address book or change your password.

what do I do when I forgot my password?

You can easily reset your password and set a new one: Click on "Sign in" in the top right corner. Click this "Forgot your password?" Link to load the "Forgot your password" page. First select the symbol in the box. Enter the e-mail address with which you created your customer account and confirm with "Send link to change password". You will immediately receive an email with further instructions on how to set your new password.
